   Everyone thinks that youth means energy and old means less energy. Youth is an age between child and old. So before we enter the old stage, one needs to build up the power within ourselves. Here we have to face lots of problems hence it's important to balance those. This is the time period of human life where all the passion, desire, wish, hobby and habits create in general. Physically, mentally and physically both the parts of mind and brain remain in an active and very sensible state. Youth emotions are at an all-time high. So anyone can easily encourage and motivate them. The youth that builds itself well is good for old age. At this point we have to strengthen ourselves mentally and physically from all other angles.
